Woven Threads offers a fee-for-service model and accepts several major insurance plans. We can help you review benefits when possible, while also encouraging you to confirm coverage directly with your insurance provider.
Because each plan is different, copays, deductibles, and reimbursement are determined by your insurance company. We will talk through what we can before beginning care so the financial side feels as transparent as possible.

Individual Therapy
Couples Therapy
Standard individual sessions are offered at $200 per 55-minute session.
Couples Therapy
Couples therapy sessions are offered at $225 per 55-minute session.
Some specialized services, such as EMDR and other trauma-focused approaches, involve additional training and preparation. When these modalities are incorporated into treatment, sessions are offered at $250.

Coverage can be reviewed with care, while keeping expectations clear.
Accepted plans
Accepted plans may include United Healthcare, Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Emblem, Oxford, and others.
Out-of-network reimbursement
If you have out-of-network benefits, you may pay out of pocket and submit receipts for possible reimbursement. Woven Threads can provide detailed statements to support claims.
Sliding scale
A limited number of sliding-scale spots are available based on need. Please reach out if cost is a barrier and you would like to learn more.

Cancellation policy
Your appointment time is held specifically for you. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed appointments, are subject to the full session fee.
Payments
Payment is due at the time of service. Major credit cards and HSA/FSA cards are accepted. For out-of-network benefits, we can provide a superbill for possible reimbursement.
