At Woven Threads, we welcome adults, couples, and individuals from all walks of life, including BIPOC communities, LGBTQIA+ individuals, first-generation Americans, immigrants, refugees, people with disabilities, neurodivergent individuals, and other historically marginalized or underrepresented populations. We take a trauma-informed, socially conscious, and anti-oppressive approach, using non-pathologizing language to honor your unique experiences. If you’re looking for a compassionate space to explore anxiety, stress, grief, relationship challenges, or other life struggles, Woven Threads may be a good fit for you.

Appointments can be requested through the “Book Consultation” tab. We will respond within 48–72 hours to schedule your complimentary consultation.

Telehealth sessions are conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. After scheduling your appointment, you will receive a private link via email to access your session. At the time of your appointment, simply click the link from a quiet, confidential space where you feel comfortable.

Woven Threads provides therapy and consultation, but we do not prescribe medications. If you are seeking medication management, we can coordinate with your prescriber or provide guidance on finding a psychiatrist or medical provider in your area.

Referrals are welcome from clinicians, community members, or loved ones. To refer someone, please email hello@woventhreadspsychotherapy.org with the client’s name, preferred contact method, and reason for referral. We will
