— About Woven Threads.
A practice shaped by care, context, and connection.
Woven Threads was created to offer psychotherapy that feels thoughtful, human, and attentive to the many layers people carry.
Who we are
At Woven Threads, therapy is a space to feel seen in the fullness of who you are and what you have carried.
Woven Threads Psychotherapy offers virtual therapy for adults and couples in New York and New Jersey. Our work is grounded in warmth, cultural responsiveness, and respect for the complexity of each person's lived experience.
We support people navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship patterns, identity concerns, family dynamics, life transitions, and experiences that may be difficult to explain or name.
The practice is rooted in the belief that healing becomes more possible when your story is approached with curiosity, steadiness, and care.
Our hope is that Woven Threads feels like a space where you can arrive honestly, be met gently, and begin to understand what you have been carrying.
What Shapes The Practice
Care that sees the whole person, not only the concern that brings you here.
Context matters
Therapy can make room for culture, family systems, identity, relationships, migration stories, spiritual harm, oppression, and the many forces that shape how life is carried.
Many experiences belong here
People come to therapy for many reasons: something heavy, something subtle, something confusing, or something that feels small but keeps asking for attention.
Your pace matters
You do not have to arrive with everything organized. We can begin with what feels present and move toward clarity in a way that feels respectful and possible.
